These 2.2mm double sided smooth / glossy plate sheets are very rigid and are well suited to small R/C structural parts such as shock towers and brackets. Sierra Composites has been manufacturing custom sized carbon fiber sheets and sandwich panels for our customers for many years. If your project requires a size that you can not find in our standard size sheets, all you need to do is contact us with your requirements. We will get back to you asap with a pricing quote. Many times we can make your sheet along with others orders we are already working on. So don’t think your custom sized sheet or panel is going to cost more. Sierra Composites has just released our new 2″ inch long sided carbon fiber angle. Previously the largest sided size we manufactured was 1 1/2″ inch. The 1 1/2″ inch angle was the longest sided carbon fiber angle commercially available from any source until the release of Sierra Composites 2″ inch angle product. Sierra Composites typically gets inquiries regarding custom carbon fiber parts and other advanced composites fabrication. While we do not fabricate custom parts for a Honda Civic or similar products. We do have the capability of fabricating one off custom carbon fiber parts such as a large scale carbon fiber square tube, round tubing, oval tubing, airfoil etc. We can produce these composite parts using just about any fabrics from 8HS carbon fiber to 3K twill, Basalt fabric hybrids  to Hexply prepreg.
